Kim DeMars, a seasoned real estate professional in Nashville, brings a unique blend of architectural expertise and client-focused service to every transaction. With a decade-long career in architecture and a knack for problem-solving, Kim ensures smooth and creative solutions for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. Her commitment to integrity and exceptional customer service is evident in her track record and strong client relationships.

A graduate of Clemson University and Washington University in St. Louis, Kim's background as a licensed architect lends invaluable insight into design and construction. Transitioning seamlessly into real estate in 2017, she's since become a licensed broker in Tennessee, recognized for her negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Originally from Ohio, Kim moved to Middle Tennessee from Atlanta in 2014 to be closer to family. When she isn’t helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Dave, their daughter Sophie, and their dog Jack.
